Winemaking: Grapes destemming and controlled temperature must fermentation. 10/12 day maceration followed by ageing in French oak barrels with batonnage.
Colour: Vivacious ruby red tending to garnet.
Scent: Red berried fruits, light cloves and hibiscus, cherry and raspberry notes.
Taste: Strong and pleasant, with smooth tannins and dry aftertaste.
Excellent with Ligurian lamb stew, roasted and grilled read meat, mid-seasoned cheese and mushrooms.
